FAQ

Plain-language answers for first-time users.

Is this financial advice?

No. This is not financial advice. Market Sentinel is an informational research tool. It classifies benchmark-relative setups and shows historical outcomes. It does not know your portfolio, objectives, or risk tolerance.

What does 77% mean?

It is the public confirmed-or-partial rate for 3,132 US equity calls in point-in-time replay. Confirmed means a tight match. Partial means the relationship was useful but timing or magnitude was imperfect. Failed calls remain visible in the track record.

Why not just show up/down accuracy?

Because many signals are relative timing calls, support checks, or reversion checks against a benchmark relationship. A simple up/down score throws away partial confirmations and can mark useful relationship calls as noise.

What is an Inflection state?

Inflection means the asset is near its normal relationship with the reference. The engine is intentionally abstaining. Inflection is not a weak buy or weak sell.

What counts against my analysis quota?

Dashboard browsing and horizon switching read cached results. Opening a detail panel, looking up a new ticker, or forcing a refresh runs fresh analysis and counts against the quota.

How do I upgrade or get desk access?

Create a free Starter account first. Pro upgrades use hosted checkout. Research desks, extra seats, invoice billing, or custom coverage can email admin@helicaltrader.com.

Where can I verify the record?

Start with the public track record. Each row shows the signal date, outcome, and proof fields used to grade confirmed, partial, or failed.
